With sightlines to the over stage grid and front of house tension wire grid being obstructed it wasn't always obvious when people were working at height in the venue and thus wether hard hats were necessary. Installing four beacons, two on stage and two front of house, has made it easier to identify when to be cautious about grid work and overhead front of house work.
